I think it may be an optical illusion, look to the side of the rock, I think the ground is cropped out and she’s not that far off the ground, there’s just an angle to make the mountains in the background give the illusion that this is higher than it really is. That’s probably less than a five foot drop.

Does it really matter?
No, it doesn’t really matter as such but it can be interesting to see how a contribution is put together.
I sure hope this is either Photoshop or some sort of optical illusion…
