  1. It’s interesting that non-registered nudity is so common. What exactly are the rules about being naked as part of a job or outside but on private property?

    • What I see as a solid law would be as long the person is on property in either case unless the company has the nudity applied off shift or can be worked at home thus making a worker at least be clothed on the commute…however her just wearing the garter belt/leggings while lacking footwear does question the company’s policy on work accidents specifically for the feet and has the employee’s best interest in mind.

    • It would likely depend on the jurisdiction, and how they update their laws.

In Canada the law (currently) states:

174 (1) Every one who, without lawful excuse,

      (a) is nude in a public place, or

      (b) is nude and exposed to public view while on private property, whether or not the property is his own,

is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

So in Canada it is not where, but how visible, one is that makes it an offence or not. How the law would be changed and how courts would interpret it is impossible to say for sure, but given the decisions made under the current law I would expect rather liberal decisions.
