The other possible idea is that the judge would see right through her intentions and change the sentence to a max term Strict PN sentence. He would then add a contempt ruling and tack on another Strict PN sentence (consecutive rather than concurrent.)
If you know you’re going to get a bottomless or nude sentence, don’t try to be a smart-alec about it or you could end up getting hit even harder.
hmm, or go the other way and instead make it a strict ruling against showing any skin at all except for the face and maybe hands.
Order her to wear baggy pants and sweat shirts plus sports sneakers and knee length socks for 10 years 🙂

That would be evil. She may or may not like it, but it would be a terrible punishment to those around her, denied the view of her body.
