I hate to make this comment as it reduces the fantasy. I found the original picture on tumblr, so I used it. Because of these over-the-top complaints, I did a google image search using the original, uncaptioned picture and found a number of sites that have this shot and have identified the model as porn star Marissa Mae. One of the pro sites that hosts her porn videos (but not this picture) has a list of personal statistics that gives her age as 23, so I can see no (legal) problem in using it. Obviously this won’t satisfy the more recent post by daddyo who appears to believe that appearance is all-important, trumping reality.
I expect this type of complaint played a significant part in causing us to lose the ability to post nude photos on tumblr.
I do understand the reasons for the current laws, but I feel too many people seem to feel that “eighteen is the age of consent” is a commandment handed down from God. Historically the age of majority was thirteen. In Shakespeare’s play Juliet’s mother worries that her daughter is still unmarried and likely to become an old maid because Juliet’s fourteenth birthday is in just two weeks. As a more contemporary example, in Great Britain the minimum permissible age to become a nude model was sixteen well past the mid ’80s. I believe a significant reason for the change was pressure from the US.
I can see no possible damage from posing naked (unlike from having sex); I believe any problems arise from society’s reaction to nudity and the attitude that has been inculcated in the model. This site, among other things, examines that reaction.
(Note: I did say I understand the reason for the laws, and am not advocating breaking them.)
I agree with Daican. What matters, surely, is that the model has consented to the photograph and is, in the relevant jurisdiction, legally old enough to give that consent. In this case there seems to be no question that both of these are true.
Here is the UK it has always puzzled me why it is legal to have sex at 16 but illegal to look at pictures of other people having sex until you are 18 – heck it’s even illegal to take photographs of yourself having legal, consensual sex before you’re 18.

But there other naked people in the background who you couldn’t really get a good look at, and since the context did make it plausible there would be people under 18, I just wanted to err on the safe side.

I’m not really familiar with NSFW Discord, but I suppose that means their moderators tend to make snap judgements on first impression, which is unfortunate, but also kind of understandable.
