I am not sure I get it…is that supposed to be a girl wearing a guy’s swimsuit and no top? Because with that haircut and flat chest, it looks like a guy, but there’s no “male” tag…anime is weird enough as it is, without context it’s just nonsense. So…flat-chested topless girl trying to pass as a guy? Or a guy trying to blend in with girls? There are no other guys, so is he the only one? Context, please!
The character reminds me of a dear friend from many years ago, who was a “late developer” until her late 20s, though she always kept her short hair immaculate. My friend never wore a bra (“I’m saving a fortune on expensive, uncomfortable bras”) and she wasn’t averse to walking around her flat topless if you visited her at home (“So what? There’s nothing see!” when I looked amazed the first time she did it front of me) The lack of inches didn’t stop her from being a beautiful, sexy woman with a great personality and I would’ve married her in a heartbeat but some other guy stole her heart. This is just kind of stunt she would’ve pulled on holiday at the beach.
