The officer knew she was hiding there. He had watched her for a while; she was so lovely. He should warn her that swimming alone was dangerous, but she wasn’t doing anything wrong so he let her be.
What she didn’t realize is that the cop had seen her jump in the lake, and had seen her pile of clothes nearby. He was waiting for her to get out of the lake and start to get dressed.
She ended up getting a Strict PN sentence.
