  1. They are not forcing you, as the HR department will tell you, the company is adopting an environmental sustainable uniform that’s quick and easy to clean for each employee to maintain. The older uniforms were very environmentally unfriendly as they needed dry cleaning and pressing of which was costing the bottom line of the budget, the accounting department ran the numbers. The women’s employee locker room will be now considered just as the Employee locker room, body soaps, hair shampoos, conditioners will be provided by the company to keep your new PN uniform clean, the Men’s locker room will be converted into a weight/ exercise room and exercise equipment will be available to help maintain your fitness of your uniform. However we found out, PN status during working hours only is slightly stressing the legal department as it might lead to implied Sexual harassment law breaking, offering a pay incentive for complete committed 27/7 PN status individuals dedicated to save on the impact on the environment as we embrace the new company image, mandatory compliance to the new uniform policy, will be enforced, those not complying will be enacting self terminated status.

  2. Sounds like the owner loves all of the employees equally. Before this PN mandate, some were PN and some were not.

  3. I understand that having PN’s working at an intimate goods store is great for business, what I don’t understand is why the owner lines his staff up for inspection every morning.
