Captions can mention childhood nudity, but may not describe a nude person in the image as if they were currently under 18.
As innocent and natural breastfeeding might be, this does not comply to the rules. Of course, you can post whatever you wish, even images not following the stated rules, but such actions reflect poorly on the site, and I night fear how far you intend to bend your own rules tomorrow.

Sorry, I just don’t see an issue. You can google “naked baby photo” and see dozens of them, including some that show genitals (which would be over the line for me). It’s just not considered a problem by most people.

Anytime she goes out in public, she is bombarded with questions. Her husband tried to get an appointment with a doctor for her, but it’s still a week away. Well Jemima happens to be permanude apparently. I don’t think most mothers undress completely to breastfeed, so I would assume so. But beyond that, nothing. Just a slice of life for a random PN mom. At least that was my interpretation.
I see it as “normal life” but permanude. Can’t see how it could possibly be an “underage” depiction except to weirdos who are kinda saying they find some kind of kick out of seeing naked babies. I’d worry about them honestly and not the pic
