But newd etiquette still applies, it’s just that hiding your penis isn’t really feasible anyway, short of using your hands, which just looks silly, while women have often grown up being reminded to sit modestly and so forth, which has to be unlearned.
So for the most part it’s less of an issue for guys. Well… except in the event that you get an erection. At least by most interpretations, newd etiquette dictates that you shouldn’t try to hide that either.
