  1. Topless is no big deal. Women should (in the real world) be able to go topless anywhere that men can go topless, which should be anywhere. There is no legitimate reason, short of hazardous situation PPE, to require anyone to wear clothing above the waste.
In the fantasy world (NWO,) full nudity should always be an option with some benefit available in exchange for registering PN and not being allowed to wear clothing. (And, of course, wishing that were the case in the real world as well.)

    • It already is legal in much of the US, and a few other countries/provinces, women are simply unaware, or don’t do so out of concerns about social consequences beyond legal ones.

      • True, although in some cases, that legality is rather precarious. It’s legal except… or it’s legal unless someone complains or some such.

I some places (such as Seattle) full nudity is actually legal under the same precarious conditions. If you are not engaging in overt explicit sexual activity and if no one complains… Practice is extremely rare.

  2. Leah had spent her entire vacation topless. She was amazed at how used to it she had become. So used to it that she didn’t realize that she was still topless as she slid the key into the door of her apartment.
No wonder Mrs. Nelson looked shocked when Leah met her in the hallway.
