If you only came over from India three days ago you could play for time. You could say you’ve been told that the place where you’re studying does not have a reciprocal PN agreement with India so you would be risking arrest and deportation if caught naked, whilst your student visa doesn’t mention PN and you’re awaiting clarification from the authorities before you go NIP again.
Since you’ve identified yourself as PN, the right thing to do is immediately go register. Sign up for the max term and don’t forget to check the box for “strict.”
