When I captioned this, I imagined what it would be like if I had to be nude even in the cold, and how feet would always be the coldest parts because they’re in touch with the ground, and started wondering how I’d deal with that if I wasn’t even allowed shoes
Especially if living alone. Folk could mitigate it to a certain extent by working from home and having stuff delivered but where that’s not possible every trip outside in winter would have to be planned like a military operation to minimise the time naked feet were in contact with the ground. If PN ever became a reality there would need to be winter clothing concessions and/or proper training in survival techniques to avoid cases of exposure, frost bite and even death.
Exactly, tho I will say that unless it’s in the minus digits its not so much of a worry as long as you’re moving around. I’ve gone for walks in the woods behind the house in 30 degrees and snow and been fine after the initial shock in just sneakers and fuzzy gloves. It’s kinda exhilirating. The europeans do it all the time. So maybe an exception for shoes, gloves and maybe a hat in winter, and if it’s deep in the negative degrees some kinda furry coat?
I would immediately notice. So stupid!
I’m sure people “notice”, they just choose to overlook anything that doesn’t obscure the view.
And I wouldn’t overlook it, but I think that’s just preference.
And the necklace and earrings and bracelets
You’d think there would be an exception for wearing shoes (at least!) outdoors in the snow. Even for strict nudity, that seems awful uncompromising.
