If she’s in the northern hemisphere with it being September she’s got the chance to make a start if we get a bit of a late summer such as the heatwave we’ve just had in the UK. It sounds counter intuitive but it’s probably safer to start now as there’s less chance of getting her newly exposed bits sunburnt and as Autumn/Winter progresses what little tan she already has will fade so she will be pretty much the same colour all over by the time the next sunbathing season starts.
Quite sensible.
Not sure where this young lady is from but, those tanlines might be around quite awhile, summer is essentially over in this part of the world.
