  1. What about an armband or something for those on a punishment? No armband means registered or if you don’t have it on with your punishment, it gets extended.

    • That does seem logical, but a case could be made that it’s less impactful that having the type of exposure itself indicate that it’s a punishment. After all, people are going to notice that far more than an armband or anything similar.

      • There is always a way to show that a woman is under court ordered nudity, shave the head. And after a time of regrowth the court can order another shaving if needed.

        • I mean, I guess this has a legal precedent. I mean, I’ve seen pics from France that apparently happened after WWII there so I guess that’s a way. I know I’d be way more upset about losing my hair than being forced to be nude

          • It wasn’t so much a legal precedent in France after WW2 (and in most of Europe that suffered Nazi occupation for that matter) but “rough justice” meted out by the civilian population to those women accused of either collaborating with the occupiers or forming relationships with their soldiers. Head-shaving was and is used to torture and denigrate women along with rape and sexual violence. I would go for a transparent leotard with prison logo, temporary tattoos, arm bands, electronic tags but never in a million years for head shaving a woman. Nude punishments are meant to be embarrassing, humiliating even but NOT dehumanising.

  2. Maybe a one piece see through prison suit might do the trick as everything is in view but that person is obviously convicted.
