Just read the comments here, and we see plenty of comments that I would hope no one would verbalize in a public setting towards anyone, clothed or not.
Lack of manners is not always about the skin color. It is always about the content of one’s character.

I believe it it is common sense to assume it is a punishment for a person you’ve seen walking about in clothing for days, weeks, years, but suddenly one day they are naked – must be a punishment.
If you have always been clothed, you might think no sane person would voluntarily remove their clothing. Skin color does not enter into this at all.
Now, if the PN person has flirted with wearing revealing and daring outfits, you would assume they finally registered. Again nothing to do with skin color.
The long and short of it is that racist people are predisposed to believe that Black people are criminals, so it’s less that being PN would be a punishment particularly for a Black person, but that racist people would assume she’s been charged with a crime, as opposed to registering by choice. In the NWOverse, there are pretty clear behavioural differences between people who register voluntarily and those who face naked punishments, so the point is that racist people are ignoring those behavioural differences and assuming she’s committed a crime, because she’s Black.
I didn’t expect to provoke so many comments. As this has only been happening since she registered, the people making unfavourable comments were OK with her when she was clothed and are therefore probably not racist. Perhaps she has a chip on her shoulder about her race and is jumping to the conclusion that the comments are because people are making assumptions about her race and potential criminality. It doesn’t say what the comments are. Perhaps she is wrong in her conclusion and the people are simply anti-nude.
