  1. what sort of parents would first force their daughter into a bottomless sentence to see how she fares before registering themselves? Any decent parent (or human being) would first try it themselves before asking their child to participate.

    • Well, I agree on the ethics of the matter, but there is somewhat of a practical argument to be made on the other side. If the parents had decided to go first they would have had to actually register, which normally has a one-year minimum. But parentally-imposed nudity has no such requirement.

So when young people want to nudity, getting their parents to do it is a great option for a trial run. But as you said, since she wasn’t the one who wanted to try it in the first place it’s not very fair.

      • Her parents have parents — that is, her grandparents. The way around the one-year minimum registration is to have have her grandparents impose a family nude sentence on her parents.

We have stories of college students having their parents impose a nude sentence on them (generally over 18 years old). So there is not an age limit of parental-impose punishments, right?

        • I’m not sure I understand your problem. You are saying that the parents are terrible people for using their child as a guinea pig?
          And that’s a problem?
It is ok to have stories with people that are not perfect angels because that’s what makes them interesting stories?

        • It’s not based on age, but on status as a dependent. So the assumption in those stories would be that the parents are paying for college. But it would be pretty unusual for people who have an adult daughter of their own to be dependent on the parents.
