I’m sure a naked landlady would get a lot more call outs requiring her to check something quite close to the ground or in an awkward nook or cranny, any thing to make her bend over more or show off more of herself. It’s bound to get quite annoying.
If you are notreg, you have to be naked while interviews with potential renters. In other case, they could report you. And yes! I would find it cool to have a naked landlady and would rent the house for that alone. I would keep calling and reporting any bugs so you could come and have a look as often as possible.
For what it’s worth, my imagination when I wrote that is that she really is registered. Looking back, the phrasing in the second paragraph could have been clearer. The intended meaning was “is there any reason (for me) to be in the picture?”, implying she’s normally naked, but she put herself in the house picture gratuitously.
