  1. The judge reviews the cases of the day prior to court sessions beginning, and has an idea what sentence each case will be awarded. Open, of course, to hearing additional details.

This case was going to be awarded PN for 5 years, the first year Strict.

When the judge saw her walk into the courtroom already naked and questioned her about it, she answered as the caption states. The judge took it negatively and decided to up the sentence. 10 years PN – all Strict. A CCO would accompany her home and confiscate all of her clothing. She was not to be allowed to even own any clothing. All of her jewelry, while not “confiscated,” would be held by the court until her sentence was completed. She would be subject to random inspections to ensure compliance.

    Don’t mess with this judge.

    • Yep. Perhaps she’ll be alright if she plays it off as misunderstand how the process works or something, but if the judge takes a dislike to her she’s looking at doubling her sentence minimum.

      • She doesn’t seem to mind being naked in public, in fact she looks to be relishing it. Perhaps a double sentence is what she really wants.
