This is an interesting one, apparently referencing some speculation we’ve made in the past about how permanudes cope with not having pockets. (Although she’s only bottomless, so a shirt pocket would be an option.) It does make sense that a college campus would be an early adopter of this kind of system.
She needs to be careful if she’s going to try and tag along without payment. If she gets caught she may have to give up her shirt and shoes as punishment.
