In relation to the length of time one is completely naked and prohibited from wearing clothes, grammatically using permanent to describe her last 6 years can still be considered accurate.

“permanent nude registration” ? Do words mean anything, anymore? 5-6 years is not permanent. Look it up.

adverb: indefinitely
for an unlimited or unspecified period of time.
Yeah, Permanently Naked is a misnomer. It predates my blog, but I guess “Always Naked” just didn’t sound as good.
