I’d have written something like: “To keep passengers focused, new FAA regulations require that flight safety demonstrations incorporate an ‘engaging element’. That could be anything from costumes to comedy, but airlines soon found the easiest way to comply was assign the job to a permanently naked or topless crew member.”
Extra details like that make it more believable and more entertaining at the same time (to me anyway), but then I do tend towards overly long captions sometimes.
Honestly, that was the only reason I paid any attention to the demonstration last time I flew. She wasn’t naked (I wish), but she was damn fine!
