  1. At least with nude punishments I assumed that one would have to allow pictures and videos to be taken. After all, the whole point of the punishment is full exposure.

    On the other hand, I have been nude in public for events myself (the world naked bike ride mostly), and while I don’t really want my naked photos being taken, I realize that choosing to be nude in a public place opens me up to that and I have no right to really be mad. I made that choice, so did this girl.

  2. If you are in public, anyone can take your photo, at least in the USA. They may or may not be able to publish that photo without a release, but that’s a different matter. To commit battery and potential property damage by throwing water on a camera and the photographer, that makes one a criminal… perhaps extending a nude sentence indefinitely.
