Zenrists are adherents to a fictional religion I made up called the Lovers of Zenriah, or Zenrism. The key tenets of the religion are that all the (female) members of the faith have to be naked at all times, and they have to indulge in lesbian sex whenever they feel horny, even if they’re in public where it’s otherwise not allowed. Hence, it was frequently called “That Lesbian Nudist Cult” in-universe.
It was my own personal “naked caption ” universe back when Tumblr still allowed porn.
