It was from Charlie le Mindu’s 2011 show at London Fashion week. I think he primarily designs hats and shoes. There were two models that wore nothing but hats and shoes. You can probably find videos of it around.
Indeed. Don’t know about now, but a few years ago there were a couple of short clips on Dailymotion called “Le Mindu London Fashion Week” showing stick-thin women wearing nothing but high heels and oversized sombreros tottering up and down the catwalk.
I did the usual image search then, and found the original without the caption. Right behind the top text there’s a sign that says “Charlie Le Mindu”. Apparently he’s a wig maker.

How is that “no fashion”. She has the fanciest clothes a woman could wear: no one at all. That’s IS what fashion should be.
