  1. Bottomless is the more used punishment of late. Some people register topless because so many lovely dresses can be worn that way. Serious nudists register with intent. Someone wanting to hide their boobs but show their pussy is very rare. Thus bottomless is the more embarrassing punishment.

    • Interesting points. From a male perspective much as I enjoyed being naked the thought of a compulsory PB would’ve horrified me when younger even more so than PN, both for the loss of control in that if I popped a boner it was there for all to see and being partly clothed would funnel any pervs gaze to my penis and bottom. I had no qualms about being naked in a non aroused state but I’ve only ever wanted to share “Monty” with someone special. Apart from fantasies about being a stripper, a nude artists model at the local university and the only one naked in a room full of mature women that is… Speaking as a little older now being permanent TOPLESS would fill me with dread as my torso has gone to seed. PB on the other hand would be a practical solution. An erection these days is an actually an achievement and it’s a struggle to get trousers and underwear that fit properly. Besides, my butt is still in good shape so no problem with body image. I would SERIOUSLY consider registering PB if it was available in real life.

    • I still find it exciting to have your genitals exposed, and it seems great for those too shy for full permanude registration. I still think you should be allowed to register as such…

  2. “Unfortunately” for her, she wasn’t caught for a whole 2 weeks (it can sometimes be hard for an officer to notice when someone is nude illegally, especially when they’re a natural at being nude). So when an officer finally asked her, she got charged for 14 days of public indecency, and won’t wear even a single pair of panties until her mid-40s.

      • Still it must be a shock to find that you’re getting a 28 year sentence instead of a 2 year registration. And I would imagine that for greater offenses harsher punishments might come into play as well. I don’t know if this has been addressed before, but is a full nude sentence considered a harsher or less harsh punishment than bottomless?

        • They could run the sentences together so if she has a 28 year PB and they added a 2 year PN to that, say 1 year in to the PB, then at the end of the PN she would still have 25 years PB left. A permanent topless sentence would effectively be a PN. She also had the option to register permanent topless and therefore go fully nude any time she wants.
