Absolutely ridiculous! Either keep them both the same by making the uniform complete nudity, or allow the permanudes to forgo the uniform. No matter what, if you’re registered, your nipples and genitals *must* be exposed! Reply
Indeed. One could perhaps make as case on the genitals (though it really is too much coverage) but there’s no question that top is out of compliance. Reply
