Clothing isn’t really much of a barrier to sex, is it? If students wanted to have sex in school, they’d be doing it anyway. Come to think of it… you do hear occasional stories about his IRL. But realistically, it would only be a little bit easier naked. Doesn’t seem like a major concern.
And it sounds like it’s kind of a collective punishment, and or an attempt to make it harder to hide drugs, so I don’t see why it would have anything to do with teachers in this case. People can get more likely to think about sex, and therefore be more likely to get the idea, since being nude is much associated with sex, but sooner or later it will be the same thing.
