  1. Have someone tie you to a bench spread-eagle in the city center or a park. Just need to feed and water you a couple of times a day until you’re cured. Forced nudity… forced exposure.

  2. Better to quit stalling and just fully “jump right in.” Get out in public, take a seat, and spread your legs. You can close your eyes for a few moments at first, if that will help, but just do it.
