Perhaps daican-2 remembers where it’s from. Pretty high chance he just got it on Tumblr though, whatever the original source.
Mailgirls is an interesting idea, but I think it suffered too much from making nudity a second-class lifestyle, where as NWO it’s very first-class, if not superior and encouraged by society.

Slice has a deviantart account, and does lots of images regarding public nudity, including extensive works for the “Mailgirls” sub genre of cmnf.
