It looks like she might already be under a strict nudity sentence, so where does she go from here? Will she be forced to live in a glass house so that EVERYONE can see her naked body AT ALL TIMES (except the bathroom of course; this is not a society of savages after all)?
I would say double her original sentence and, if not already, make the whole sentence strict. Add a stipulation that she is not to attempt to inhibit any photographic efforts, but instead is to always pose as requested and encourage additional photos be taken.
Any further infractions should incur a short incarceration (strict nude of course) followed by a restart of the timing of her sentence as described above.

It might only be the first part of her sentence whitch is strikt, i sugest making most (if not all) of it strict if it not so already.
