  1. Long time reader here, and I don’t want to cause trouble, but I do have a question.

The logo in the corner says Club Seventeen.
The models all look over the age of 18, so I am not questioning that.

Can anyone tell me more about what club Seventeen is? I have seen that logo on a couple pictures over the years, and always backed out of wherever I saw it very quickly. As someone in USA, I don’t want to risk anything labeled “17”

So where is the site out of? What is the standard that country?

      • And this is a guess but I would almost bet money they did it for exactly the reasons described by Anonymous. The name implied underaged models which for sexual content would be illegal (at least in the US and maybe many other places). They wanted to have their cake (17 in the name) and eat it too (hire legal, over-18 models) but finally decided it wouldn’t work. Again, I have NO inside information; I’m speculating. But there had to be SOME reason, and this seems likely.

  2. Once word got out, their practice sessions were well attended by guys. Later their games were well attended as well when the team registered PN for the next two years.

  3. For those who can’t read the text

Our tiny school plays 4v4 soccer. We lost our most recent game 12-0 and to say the least Coach was not pleased with our level of effort. Next practice she made us play an intramural game nude, using our socks to designate sides. Then she had
us pose for a reminder photo. We decided to smile to show she couldn’t embarrass us.

  4. Michael, you mentioned in your submission that you didn’t think following my little tutorial here helped much on text readability. It’s alright, but I think the text might be a little too small and thin for thew shadow to help much. If you send another (which of course I welcome) that would be the thing to experiment with.

    • Thanks. For the text to be larger, I’d either have to use fewer words (a problem for me!) or cover more of the image with text–which some certainly do. In this specific case, I’d have hated to split the text above and below the girls, but I suppose that’d be the solution. As it is, the text can be read (barely) at full size, but on the main page, I agree, too small.

(I’m reposting this because for some reason it appeared not as a reply to the comment it’s a reply to but as a separate comment, and it makes no sense that way. I hope it shows up in the right place this time.)
