Apparently it makes the player character naked (which would actually be pretty common in my experience) but she was expecting it to make other characters naked.
I was understanding it to be that she is naked (perhaps forced) and her game image was overlaid with clothes, but only she saw that mod. The other gamers saw her as is. The mod only affected her view.
