The character is Toru Hagakure from My Hero Academia (or Boku No Hero Academia), and she has the power of invisibility. She wears the gloves so her teammates can see where she is.
I honestly haven’t gotten all that into the series, so I don’t know the details of her face reveal or whatever happened.
It’s only her hero suit, its just boots and gloves, she wears normal clothes the rest of the time. She is 100% invisible 100% of the time though, so she should not have any kind of grooming of the pubic hairs since nobody could see it, not even her.
Aren’t pretty much all the pictures submitted here taken out of context? Or are these pictures actually of people who were given nude sentences or who registered PN?

Wheneve she wears clothes, they remain visible, what leads us to conclude that, for the most of the time, she is naked everywhere
