I’ll bet if you invite your work mates over again for another party things would be different. They obviously knew that you were beautiful but they probably never knew just how fabulously beautiful you were until they saw all of you in the all together. With your mom and dad and brother and sister there at the first party your work friends were a little too intimidated to really let on how great they think your current condition is. If you have them again it will be a real big bang.
Sounds like you need a new inner circle. If people can’t accept you they don’t belong to be in your presence.
