  1. Extraterritorial PN sentences aren’t something I ever thought about before. It’s not really clear if she broke the law or not. But anyone seeing her tan lines would certainly come to that conclusion at first.

    • Using the precedent of other (real world) cases, she specifically traveled in order to do something legal there that would be illegal “here.” When she gets back “here,” the authorities would definitely charge her if they suspect that the travel was for the purpose of circumventing the law. If they can prove it to the satisfaction of the court (judge and or jury) then she could be in for a very strict, long term sentence.
I think she should be sentenced to max term strict with active monitoring.

  2. I never used it so I am not an expert but isn’t there chemical tanning solution in a bottle. It’s worth a try.

  3. Tanlines are probably very often evidence of broken PN sentences. This girl is in big trouble. She’ll probably get 1-3 years of the strictest form of nudity available in her country/state

  4. It took me a minute to catch onto this one. Her sentence is up tomorrow and I’m guessing she’s supposed to have a hearing of sorts? But if she’s tan all over except her bits, then that raises the question of why is that.
