Body cam record such a session (or something similar) then take her, with that evidence, to HR.
At that point, she can be fired for incompetence and attempted sexual harassment of the boss. Then they can hire a PN secretary that is a worthwhile employee.

She can get her professionalism in order and the boss can reward her with some office kink without risk. She can earn her punishments by making errors that don’t cause harm to the business. With HR already alerted to her behavior, the boss can really take the upper hand in the kink play, leaving her completely powerless. This would really boost her kink experience if that’s what she is truly into.
