Under the New Laws it would be illegal discrimination. I’d like to think in the NWO universe permanent nudity would have shifted general attitudes enough that the nudity ban never would have happened at all, but it’s hard to say. My personally theory, IRL, is that it was really a cost-cutting measure, so their motivation wouldn’t necessarily change I guess.
