Where does it say or even imply the bed is magic or that any of the people who have slept on it registered permanude?
She saw the bed in a store, discovered it was very comfortable, and for some reason she was strongly attracted to it — maybe it reminded her of a bed she liked at her grandparents, perhaps it reminded her of a favourite childhood story, who knows?
Nothing was said about other people registering. All that was suggested is that men found her more attractive and approachable as a happy naked woman than bundled up in clothes from neck to toes. Also, because she enjoys being seen nude, she is happier that she was when prudishly dressed, and this inner joy makes others want to be with her. Not magic, just normal human nature.
Perhaps I’m misunderstanding myself, but I don’t think anyone actually misunderstood this as a story about a magic bed, It’s just that title suggests another possibility.
I kind of feel like this should be an “alt” or “Fantasy” story about a “magic bed” that seduces everyone who sleeps on it to be permanude.
Agreed, the story as it’s presented here stretches my suspension of disbelief too much for NWO.
I’m not usually a big fan of the “Sold my clothes to buy X” captions in general. It’s an easy story idea, but not a very interesting one, IMHO.
