So the punishment for public nudity is forced public nudity?
How can public nudity still be a crime if people are ok with nudity enough to allow registered nudity? Who’s the victim in this “crime”?
I have asked the same question and pondered it greatly. In the end, I decided that it results in naked women, so it doesn’t have to make sense.
