What if it becomes a mandatory process for these women with the assistance of the School’s Nurse/Doctor or Family Practitioner. Of course, if anything comes up (pregnancy, weight gain) and their cups become B, they can evaluate their status.
If they are planning to have an breast enlargement, to avoid the mandatory Permanent Topless status, they can sentenced to min. 5 yrs of PermaNudity, instantly with her clothes taken away and a mandatory 1,000 hrs of social services.
I’m asking because I met a slim build, lovely mother in her early 30s yesterday on a garden party (warm weather, sunny sky, +25C/77F). She has A (or AA) cups and long red hair. Of course, she did not wear a bra and her tight and thin textile top showed every details. And of course: I imagined her being topless instantaneously and she’s acting like that’s the norm…… oh, I wish!

i believe her comments is hypothetical. what IF the a, aa, a+ ladies /were/ required into pn topless on 18th bday. with a penalty for breast enlargement – you know… as a punishment for trying to skirt the “law”….

PermaNude Enforcement Officers
I guess, have the same jurisdiction as Peace Officers had in the past before the New Laws came into effect. What do you think?
– What are the Officers dress (I mean: permanude) codes? Will they have a revealing uniform (e.g. for ladies: shoes, knee socks/thigh high tights, cupless corset bra or underbust/open shelf corset and a choker with the agency’s logo)?
– Will they be fully naked and wearing only a badge on a necklace and a baseball hat with the agency’s logo? Will they have the agency’s logo and a badge number painted on their nude body with henna paint?
– Are the PermaNude Enforcement Agency hiring PN people only? Or can anyone apply who agrees to register as a PN by the end of the training?
For the most part, I think they would be police. In small town it would just be the regular cops. A larger city might well have specialists, in the same way police departments have a drug unit or whatever. Being PN themselves would certainly be considered a plus, but probably not required in most places.
Dresscode for PN employees is mostly up to the company. It could include anything the registered employee is allowed to wear. Not having to wear a corset or something like that if their job would require it is one reason someone might choose a strict registration

– Do you think is it necessary to mark the home with a highly visible sign and/or the vehicle of an individual who was sentenced to PN to notify the public? How about workplaces?
– Do you think is it necessary to place a sign with the individual’s photos on it? I guess, the photos added to the sign increase the shame factor a bit, because his/her photo is available 24/7 in front of his/her home. If someone is a voluntarily registered PN, placing signs or marking his/her vehicle is not necessary.
– How about an online, free, publicly available database about PN punishments? Of course, to attach multiple photos about the convicted felon(s) to each case is necessary to help to educate and inform the public and make the population comfortable with the New Laws faster.
– How long do these photos and the file stay in the database after the convict has served her/his sentence?
I don’t see any particular justification for a sign. An online database is plausible though. The government would almost certainly have one, whether it would be publicly accessible could go either way. People would be removed from the database when their sentence is complete (or at least the public part, if any), but of course we know nothing is ever deleted on the internet. If it’s public someone would obviously archive them.
Butt plug, piercing, intimate jewellery: what do you think about these items?
Beside the so-called regular jewellery (e.g. bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings), I think a piercing in the nipple(s), clit and/or labia are OK. Other intimate jewelry, which typically adorns and accentuates the clitoris and labia minora (Latin for “smaller lips”), is permitted until further notice.
But a _butt plug_ covers too much IMO and it is not allowed to wear in any circumstances as it goes against the permanude code: “it is illegal to cover up, a PermaNude individual cannot hide his/her body parts behind objects.”
Jewelry (“intimate” or otherwise) is generally fine. There have been some captions stating that decorative butt plugs (like the little jewels or tails), are allowed, but this would definitely be one of those “varies between jurisdictions” things. I can see both sides on that one.

If we are talking about a volunteer PermaNude or Permanent Nudity as a punishment, the goal is the same: a PermaNude individual cannot cover up! The New Laws say under the PermaNude Code’s section:
“A law violator or offender sentenced to Permanent Nudity do not cover their naked body part or their naked body partially or fully with:
– body hairs (e.g. pubes),
– any tattoos* and body paint**,
– objects,
– living beings (e.g. animals and plants),
– and/or body parts of another person
under any circumstances!
The wearing of certain items of clothing (e.g. micro-bikini, shibari rope clothing) is only permitted if they do not conceal primary and secondary sexual characteristics! See-thru or sheer or fishnet textile is forbidden to wear even the individual chosen to be voluntarily PermaNude.
* tattoos are eligible only if made before an individual registered as PN.
** body paint eligible only if the “testing period” and the “probationary period” exists.”

Body painting and/or henna painting.
– Can body painting be the first volunteer step towards being a PN (forever)? When he/she is “practicing” or “just testing” the idea of being a PN, will body painting work? Or I’m overly optimistic and there’s no option between being clothed or being a registered/sentenced PermaNude?
– Is it better, if the body painting/henna painting to be enforceable by the New Laws? I mean: a convict sentenced to permanent nudity/permanent bottomless, but with probationary period. During this time he/she can cover up with body paint. If the convicted felon behaves well, he/she will get back her clothes. If not, the probationary period ends instantly and he/she must be fully nude.
Thick bodypaint that conceals anatomy (like say Mystique in the X-Men movies) would be prohibited for permanudes, otherwise there’s not generally any rule about it. Nor is there any kind of trial period, that’s kind of core theme really, it’s supposed to be big commitment to register.

Incentives, discounts and benefits to become a PN?
It comes from the previous question. It’s maybe going to be too much, too wild for some commenter. How about if someone is gaining an advantage out of nudity?
– Can permanent nudity be commercialized?
– Can a car dealership offer a lower price tag if the Customer registers to PermaNude with the dealership’s referral?
– Can a financial institution apply a better interest rate for mortgage, or personal loan if the Client registers to PermaNude with the bank’s referral?
– Can a university or adult education institution offer a free course/semester/graduation if the student registers as PermaNude with recommendation of the education institution?
– Free ride on specific days on the town’s/city’s public transport?
– What if a business provides extra perks, gives preference to freshly registered PNs?
What do you think about it all?

Discounts for permanudes would be legal. That’s not to say it’s necessarily common, but you can imagine something like a club might hope that nudes will bring in additional customers and want to promote it for that reason. It’s a little harder to imagine why a bank would do so.
I’ve been thinking about these things… I’ve come to the conclusion that PermaNude people should only get a discount if and only if they have a high visibility value (like you said: in a club/discotheque).
Wait, let me explain.
– Home delivery, or taxi/Uber/Lyft: NO – because they are “hiding” in their homes, traveling in the car themselves, plus the driver (they are quasi-hidden).
– Food delivery: YES – because then they have to go to the restaurant, pizzeria to pick up their order themselves.
– Public transportation (bus, train, subway, etc.): YES – because the visibility is high, meaning people travel together.
Cinema: NO – because even though they are among people, they are sitting inside in the dark during the screening.
Sports event: YES – because it is always light in the stands (meaning the sun is shining during the day and there is strong lighting at night)
Zoo or botanical garden: YES – these are typically open during the day and, like sports events, there are people here too.
– Hotel/Inn/AirBNB: only if it is a ground floor room(s), with large windows and no curtains or shades available. Moreover, even the front door is a glass door.
The shower would not be in the inner corner of the hotel room, but on the street front, with a full-size window, with proper air conditioning inside to prevent condensation. (I understand if the last one seems overly complicated to some).

It varies. The government (or really I should say governments, because of course there are many countries and further subdivisions like US states) doesn’t necessarily promote permanent nudity. Some of them may, but as a general rule it’s just a thing you can do, not necessarily something actively encouraged. Like you can get a fishing license, but I’ve never seen a commercial suggesting people do that.

Here’s a fun tip for the caption makers out there. If you ever have a hard time fitting the caption into a photo, stretch out one of the sides of the photo. It will give you as much space as you need to have readable sized font and, on most photos, it’s not even noticeable once you have the text on there.

I think that “semi-voluntary nudity” needs more recognition. Semi-voluntary basically means that it is techincally voluntary, the person made naked is not forced naked by the law, but due to other factors the person has is basically forced naked.

It seems to me, she had a choice: option #1 is to pay tuition for graduation. Option #2: she can graduate and use any amenities at the University FOR FREE – if she register as PermaNude for 5, or 10 years?
I think, it was still her choice: her free will, there were no other factor, that’s what is picked.
I can imagine the Semi-Voluntary PermaNude option, if we talking about law enforcement. Convicted felon goes to jail and he/she will spend a few years behind bars anyway (for example: intentional homicide or fatal road accident caused by negligence, etc.), but she/he can reduce her/his sentence if – after a few years of jail time – she/he register as PN for 100 years. If not, she/he stays behind bars.
But I still see the individual’s free will here. On the other hand: I understand the dilemma, I would like to live free & naked, instead wearing that ugly uniform in the jail.
