Isn’t she violating the punishment? She wears her natural bush like a textile. Her thick hair hides everything, there’s no visible skin surface on and around her private part, like she’s still wearing panties. In my opinion, the essence of the PN Bottomless punishment lies in the fact that you have to be truly naked, meaning your pubic mound and vulva must be visible everytime for everybody! If I understand correctly: her sentence does not allow her to wear pubic hair (to cover up), so regular clean shaving or waxing is mandatory for the convict.
