Only extending her strict nudity sentence by one month would be quite lenient. If she brings her lawyer into it, she deserves to get the whole sentence converted to strict, and extended. The judge should also mandate a shave.
It didn’t say she was going to have a lawyer represent her, but they would know the probable outcomes at least as well as the officer. Getting advice is hardly contempt of court.

I dunno… from the sound of it, talking to a lawyer might be viewed as contempt of court, too.
