Any specific reason you wish to upgrade to strict? Usually, people upgrade when renewing their registration. And you still have over 4 years.
Well, I did not pick the strict option thinking I would need shoes or accessories for winters. But for the past 6 months, winter had been pretty harsh this year, but, I have travelled extensively throughout the country, both by myself and with my family, and never once needed anything more than a smile. And, my family and friends keep gifting me shoes and various accessories, which are just taking up space in my closet. And, with an international trip coming up, I wanna make it official, so I don’t face any issues with security at the airport.
Yes, we are well aware that in many cases people are asked to put on slippers, a hat, or even scarf. Your reason seems valid. Approved. NEXT!

Why strict? Heels and jewelry complement a naked body very nicely. Perhaps even though highs from time to time. Don’t limit yourself.
If you want to do strict then do it. There’s no need to add it to your card. It’s like being a vegan. You don’t have to tell everyone, just do it.
