Hard to tell what the machine is for
There are part on the right for a card in, a card dispensed, spot for paper currency and maybe a place for coins?
Lots of text or the left, but not as many buttons.
I would say subway fare/ticket machine, but doesn’t look right for that either
She is not on a Campus, but at a train station, she is nude in public! She wants to purchase a ticket for the last train of the night, or the first train of the next morning. Either way, she a PN who travels by a train.
Strangely it looks like the buzzer system on an apartment building, including the building directory. So you know Ted K. Is in apartment 6 and this button will buzz his apartment so he can have a talk with you and buzz you into the building.

This is an older-model automated ticket machine of the VRN (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar Transport Association) in Eubigheim (Ahorn), Germany. Ahorn is a municipality in the district of Main-Tauber in Baden-Württemberg in Germany. It consists of the villages Berolzheim, Buch, Eubigheim, Hohenstadt, and Schillingstadt.
