Not to cast any aspersions on the submission or the caption, which I’m a fan of, but it may impact immersion for chronic users of this site (me).
I’ve pretty much given up worrying about that. With thousands of picture on the blog, evening keeping track of, even avoiding exact repeats is hard enough.
Again with the “in school, under parental control, but somehow legal age”? How many barely legal girls are there in the NWO Universe? I mean, okay, I get that technically it’s all above board, but are we led to believe there’s millions of 18 or older girls still in high school? It’s really getting ridiculous at this point. I am not trying to whine (I’m sure somebody will complain that I am), and I realize this is all totally possible, but can’t we move on from the high school girls? If you’re implying “school” is college or university, say so. Because simply saying “school” strongly implies high school or less.
This brings up an interesting point about the premise or mythology that our fearless leader (do we know his name?) may want to address. Obviously, all the MODELS are 18 or over. But are all the fictional characters?? The About page says “Parents can punish a dependent child (even a legal adult) by taking away their clothes. Schools have this authority over students too.” EVEN a legal adult, not ONLY a legal adult. I’ve been assuming all along that, while a judicial punishment would only be applied to a legal adult, the home and school punishments (and this seems to be a case of a mother using her punishment authority to de facto make her daughter a permanude, which is also addressed: “There’s nothing stopping parents ‘making’ their child go naked because the child actually wants to”) can be ANY age. I guess that as a practical matter we wouldn’t DO this, but under the premise as I understood it until you raised this question, there’s no reason we couldn’t have a Sally Mann or Jock Sturges photo showing an 8-year-old with a nude punishment. The girl in today’s photo could be 12. She LOOKS 12. But that’s not how you see it?
First of all, you are correct that minors in the nude world order setting are subject to nude punishments from their school or parents. (Or, like the girl in this caption, could go naked voluntarily on their parent’s authority without an official registration.) However, I do not allow captions that state or strongly imply the subject of the image is currently under 18. (And actual nude images of minors are out of the question of course.)
I don’t mind if some people interpret captions as “Dawson-cast” stories about about younger characters. But I want to make sure that’s not the only possible interpretation. I’ve always argued that college is a school too, and many of the captions could be about that. I’d prefer people not say “high school” unless there’s some mention of being about to graduate or the like to clarify they’re probably 18.

I typically think of higher education as just that, college or university, but you’re not wrong in saying that it may or may not be. I just find that anytime parental enforced nudity is used, school is a setting and the model in question certainly doesn’t look that old…it just seems “highly sus” as they say. There isn’t really anything wrong with it but the whole thing really implies, at best “barely legal” age, if not underage. I don’t mean to keep beating this dead horse, I just wish we could move on from the subject matter and have stories with slightly older women rather than constantly going back to this setting.

NudeWorldOrder, if I understand his post (and thanks for weighing in!), has created a setting where minors CAN be naked in public, but on this site we aren’t going to show any of those (we merely know that by the rules they can exist), though we are free to imagine that some of the people shown are minors as long as they don’t explicitly have to be. My only question with that is, if you can’t show minors or make it clear that the fictional characters are minors, why create the uncertainty? Why not say that parents and schools can only give nude punishments to 18 and older (same as judicial) and be done with it? That way there’s no ambiguity–and anyone who’s walking a high-school corridor naked is probably a senior (or a teacher who’s been convicted of something that didn’t get them fired!).
On the other hand, if I understand RadVicRad’s position better this time, he thinks even the possibility of minors given nude punishments is pedo, and he doesn’t like it. It isn’t just that he thinks all the naked 18 year olds strain credulity, he thinks them maybe being under 18 is wrong, bad for the brand, not something we even want to suggest.
Yeah, that’s pretty much the jist of it. I think it would be wise to steer clear of even the implications of underage nudity. It’s not necessarily “pedo” but it seems to open the door to it, which IMO should stay closed firmly.

I guess this way just makes more sense to me. I’ve always tried my best to make the setting feel consistent and as believable as possible given the outlandish premise. And well, minors obviously are subject to a lot more control from parents (and school) so if anyone was going to be included it seems like it should be them, adult dependents and students are covered as an extension of that. Also if it was explicitly 18+ in universe that would seem to make it an overtly sexual thing, which it’s not supposed to be (at least as people in the world see it).
Finally, just to be clear, it’s okay to mention someone was previously naked under 18. Like there are captions where someone says she’s been naked her whole life.

I have no idea if the dates on TheNude are reliable, or to what extent models routinely lie about their age for publicity purposes. They might lie to make themselves seem older so they could work before they were 18, or they might lie to make themselves seem younger so they could call themselves “teen models” longer. With that said, TheNude says she was born in March 1999, and that photo is copyrighted 2017 (that date I have confidence in), in which case she was 18. But since you know everything, I guess we can assume she was lying about her age to appear younger and was actually 25. As for 12, that was a stretch, but with improved nutrition and healthcare (and maybe hormones in the food?) puberty happens a bit earlier each generation. And, of course, some models make their living looking younger, and Ms. Carmen is one of those. It’s her job–it’s her brand, her gimmick–to look young forever. I’m saying she succeeded, with me. Obviously not with you.
