LMAO reminds me of the time a maintenance person showed up at my old job. My boss was a total dick, so when I heard he was hourly I told him “Oh, in that case, stick around! Have a coffee from the machine there, if you like. Bob (the owner/said dickhead boss) can afford it.”
I think by “make him wish he showed up earlier” it’s like make him wish he made the nude woman’s house a priority so he could see the nude woman earlier
