Implausible, but not unheard of. Though given the size of them, and her otherwise fit figure, it is rather far-fetched, I agree. Having well-defined abs, but large, saggy boobs is very uncommon. Natural boobs are obviously made of fat, so to have a “flabby” torso, but fit mid-section is rare.
