Technically it would be illegal. Conceivably there could be some exceptions for trying on cold-weather clothing or in the last week of your registration when you might need to go clothes shopping if you plan to start wearing them again.
But of course this probably isn’t a high priority for the nudity police, if they even found out about it somehow.
Probably the only way they get involved is if they get reports of someone serving a nude sentence for a criminal offence posting clothed pictures of themselves on social media or a neighbour complains that they’re walking around the garden in full view wearing clothes.
