People ask if they have to strip in my beginners class. I tell them no, but it’s a great way to begin because clothing traps sweat and binds the body as it stretches and moves. I’ve had students get so comfortable with their nudity that they forget and walk out the door. That’s why there’s a big mirror by the entrance.
