This is photoshopped, right? From the background, it appears to be an authentic photo from the perhaps 1930’s. But I believe the nude woman is photoshopped in, at least her incredible body. Funny the guy resembles Robert Duval.

Quite likely. It does look a bit off. I’m not even sure the woman is real, looks kinda like CGI to me for some reason.
This would make for a really interesting “prequel” to the NWO universe that could help explain how the New Laws came about…
